This PR adds support for the Foot terminal emulator.

Thanks for contributing! This looks great. It would be nice if the transform is port up to shipwright so that other colorschemes can benefit from it. What do you think?

@mcchrish Should be good now. I rewrote the PR so that it uses the upstream transform.
