Loss of top breadcrumbs #1082

Somewhere along the way, articles no longer have breadcrumbs at the top.

Example: https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/analytics/admin_dashboard/

With Top Nav:

Without Top Nav: (I have removed the top nav, which is occluding it).

This is not related to #916 - it predates that.

This fix also solves the other issue of part of the left nav getting cut off at the top.
