Correction to give full admin changes to move from lbs to Kg. Or could change admin/orders.php and admin/includes/attributes_preview.php to use SHIPPING_WEIGHT_UNITS

If you have time, it would be great to have a new help file under https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/localization/ that gives pointers to all the instructions that someone from the UK needs to follow to get Zen Cart working. I could take this and build a similar page for our Canadian users.
