USN/UID/LID are empty #124

I want to convert GOG save to Microsoft, but the USN/UID/LID are not auto populated. Do I make new ones up? How can I do the conversion? Do games need to be on same version?

Can confirm, doesn't work for me Even if I fill in correct values the save transfer will not work
