Support for PHP 5.6 #6

Any reason PHP 5.6 is not supported yet? Simply updating the validation allowed me to successfully install ZS8 with PHP 5.6.

@fwwarr thanks for the PR - I think we can actually do without the validation altogether. If the user attempts t install a Zend Server version with an unsupported version of PHP, the puppet run will fail anyway and it will be reported back. thoughts?

@mkherlakian I agree, removing the validation makes sense to me!
