Update static eslint.js #7

The eslint.js never got an update since 2a77b1e4bf29db67ac1f188b966a92b2d92d2786 and thus is heavily outdated. I ran the rake task that should update the file and it did, so I guess it was missed before.

Not sure if I missed something, but with this commit, we can at least use our 2.0.0 eslintrcs...

Thanks for the merge. Any chance for a soonish release? We're using forked version for now, which isn't the nicest thing to do.
