OpenHours notes implementation #38

If service has just doesn’t have openHours, its openHours notes will be shown. If there are no hours then “Call for info, hours and appointments” will be displayed.

If service has openHours and also has openHours notes, then the notes will be shown below the openHours in a red div “Hours Notes:” with warning icon.
