When under a certain category, the Open or Closed indicator for the service displays Open if ANY of the services under that facility is Open.
The proposed change is that Open or Closed indicator will only show Open if the service under that category is Open.
For example: If someone is under the Food category and Facility A has a service under that category. Facility A should display as Open if a service under the Food category for that service is open as well.
