Give user feedback when submitting updates to the organizations in admin

From TTL:

when we edit an organization and hit the ‘Submit’ button, nothing happens like the ‘Submit’ button was never clicked on and it doesn’t notify us if the changes were submitted. But when we go back to the list and click on the organization, we will see the changes were submitted.
