Thanks for the report @joelhellman. I think that the culprit is definitely the number of light agents, and some enhancements are planned there in the future. In the meantime, your agents may have a better experience updating their status on their profile page instead.
Thanks. We rely on the nav bar since agent who are not at work (home sick etc) cannot really update their own status.
@joelhellman you should also be able to change another agent's status from their profile page (assuming that you are an admin).
@joelhellman as of #233 there is now per-group filtering of users, only loading the user's default group on initial load. Are you able to test and see if this resolves your issues?
I click on the unavailable status for an agent (as admin of course) and nothing seems to happen. Waiting for 45 seconds, the status is updated. This user experience makes my agent think it doesn't work. So a loading/updating screen here. I have 2200 light agents, may guess this is the cause of this?
