Exclude Light Agents #217

Remove Light Agents from the equation.

Light Agents cannot be assigned to a ticket, so they should be excluded, or am I missing something? In my case, I have over 2000 light agents (since our employees not working in Zendesk are all light agents), and the ooo nav_bar page takes forever to load and is overall sluggish.

Thanks for the report @joelhellman. This is definitely something I plan on implementing in the next release, ideally also adding pagination to the navbar page and allowing agents to be ordered based on group.
