OOO App not consistently tagging/unassigning tickets #228

The app is inconsistent in handling newly "Unavailable" agents. What is the workaround if the app doesn't apply the tags or un-assign tickets when marked?

Are you able to reproduce this consistently? I am currently tracking down a potential bug with this behavior and a consistent reproduction of it would be extremely helpful.

Hi there,

I have not been able to reproduce this consistently - the issue is that it seems to be random in occasionally not tagging or un-assigning tickets. Will keep an eye on this and if I see it reliably not functioning as expected in a customer subdomain will let you know.

The next release adds some additional tools to debug this issue
