Putting Agents as unavailable does not prevent assigning tickets #239

We have multiple triggers that are set to only assign an agent when the agent is available. If the condition of the agent is unavailable, the trigger should not fire. We are seeing these triggers consistently fire though despite the Agent Out condition not being met. See a screen shot below for an example. Has anyone else seen this issue? capture 5

Hello,

We have same issue. Agents are unavailable but you still can assign tickets to agents even if settings should prevent assignment.
