only admins can do it because of restrictions in API-control. thereis no way around giving your supervisors administrator roles unfortunately. been looking for a solution myself for ages
Hi! I can now see a Role restrictions setting in the General Settings of the app in Zendesk. But it doesn't seem to work (our "Superviseur" can't use the OOO option on the agents profiles). Can you please let me know if the people using the OOO app still have to be Admins or is it working with other roles? If it works, can you please give me some instructions? Thanks a lot for your help!

We are currently using one of your APPS - Out of Office to manage the availability of our agents. We want to give the possibility to any supervisor to change the status of the agent for OOO, unfortunately they are only able to do it if they are as Administrators in ZD. Since we don't want them to have access to the triggers I've created a Team Leader role, and also change the permission on the APP.
In the beginning I've tried to enable the role restrictions to Admins and Team Leaders but nothing happened.
Second, I enabled the option Make app visible in navbar to non-admins, also nothing happened.
At last, I disabled the role restrictions, also without success. Since non of this options was working I've reversed the config to it's original config.
Can you please check why this is not working?
