When a ticket that is assigned to an Agent who is set to Unavailable, it previously got assigned to the parent group but since we turned the setting "Prevent assignment?" off it seems to have stopped doing this?
We have "Force unassign tickets?" off but assumed this would in one hit unassign all their assigned tickets when going unavailable?
