Hello! We are having an issue with our Zendesk agents getting assigned tickets while their OOO is on. Zendesk has stated that our app settings are configured correctly so we needed to reach out to you. Can you please assist with why this would be occuring? Thank you!

Keep in mind that this application will not prevent tickets being assigned via the API.
