Using "tag is ooo_agent" does not trigger anything. Adding "Agent out" "checked" causes emails to always be sent. #246

According to the instructions, the Condition to use "tag is ooo_agent" does not work to trigger an email. This is because the "Tag" option pertains to Ticket tags, not agent tags.

If you add "Agent out" "checked" to the conditions, it assumes that it is always checked, even when it is not causing emails for OOO to send regardless if the agent is away or not..
