I want to suggest an enhancement that would make it visible somewhere to track a timestamp of when an agent changed states from available to unavailable etc. I've had a few times where it would be good to know specifically when an agent marked themselves as done for the day. I had considered trying to setup a trigger to do this, but realized that a trigger would need a ticket condition to run for this which could be done in theory, but it would happen on all tickets instead of just the first one unassigned. Wondering if there's anything that could be done to incorporate a Slack channel or Google doc etc that just captures when the status changes are made and by which agent?
