ZenDesk discontinuing Framework 1.0 #250

ZenDesk plans to disable apps using their Framework 1.0 come October 2019. This app appears to have been built on that framework. Any plans to rebuild using ZenDesk's 2.0 framework, or will this app be discontinued?

For now the majority of the (limited) work that goes into the app is focused on a potential update to framework v2.

For those wondering, it has been officially announced that the OOO app will be migrated: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002123147#zendesk_migrations. The timeframe for the migration is still a bit up in the air, but I will update this issue once it has begun.

Hi all - Just as a heads up, the migration for v2 has begun. I'm not the main developer on the new v2 app, but it has been updated and will be rolling out over the next few days. At that point it will also be upgraded from a "labs" app to a fully supported official app! The migration is expected to be complete by the 14th. If you do notice any problems, please raise the issue ASAP so that bugs in the v2 app can be identified.
