I uninstalled the app because it didn't seem to be working correctly (wasn't applying tags to pending tickets) and thought I would uninstall and reinstall to see if that solved the problem. Instead...
And, of course, Zendesk doesn't let me delete or rename tags.
How to proceed? Is there a way to tell the app to just use the existing
agent_ooo
tag?
