Various fixes #30

@gozman Publish a new release will be needed (after https://github.com/smooch/react-native-smooch/pull/22 & https://github.com/smooch/react-native-smooch/pull/25)

Besides all of that, the android version still seems broken.

@gozman master currently don't support RN < 0.47 because of this commit: https://github.com/smooch/react-native-smooch/commit/9e94d536471a6c368056d84e5769575b4667ba68

You need to keep it to keep compat for old versions: https://github.com/airbnb/react-native-maps/blob/master/lib/android/src/main/java/com/airbnb/android/react/maps/MapsPackage.java#L27

Also, don't hesitate to make a new npm release after merging this PR :)
