During the process, the app does recognize the characters: Do you wish to redact the below text?

Note: This will remove the below text, which occurs in 1 comments on this ticket. This change is permanent and cannot be undone.

The characters appear to be normal characters, but do have a colored background.

Same error for me. Tried it previous day and worked but not today...

Simple string of characters, no colored background.
