Role restriction isn't working #34

I've tried to install this app, but it's only admin's which can use the app. All other roles get's an error saying that their role isn't authorized to use it - although there's no rolerestriction on it.

The endpoint which handles redaction is only available to roles that can delete tickets. Is your role able to delete tickets?

@dvettsa,

You haven't replied to my follow up. Since I'm sure this functionality is working as expected I will close this issue and mark it as invalid.

Yes, sorry for not replying! It worked when I changed the role to be able to delete tickets. Although it would be nice if I didn't have to, since I don't want my agents to be able to delete whole tickets only redact special words/numbers/files.

@dvettsa,

This is something I actually cannot change. If you would like you could ask our product managers at Zendesk why they've restricted the ability to redact to agents who can delete tickets. Sorry about that, unfortunately that is something that my app is not responsible for.
