Error: One or more of the redactions failed...please try again #69

After clicking Redact This! I am taken to the Confirm your redaction pop up which confirms the text is in one comment but continually get the error One or more of the redactions failed...please try again. I am only trying to redact a name - no special characters.

Can you please advice me on what I am doing wrong?

@gillian-theidco does the name have any accented or special characters in in? Can you redact it in parts?

@dpawluk I received this exact error when trying to redact an image with no special characters in the file name. A 400 error is returned with: {message: "Cannot redact an attachment on a closed or archived ticket"}
