@DarrenTobii Can you provide more information, like what you see when you try using the app? Ideally the Zendesk should be set to use Markdown and not rich text for the endpoints to work correctly.
I pasted the redacted portion and click the button and nothing appears change. Like it never happened. I found a workaround however by making that portion an internal comment, it no longer will appear when submitting a ticket. :)
It is not working at all. Literally nothing. Is there some setting on zendesk or format that it needs to be?
