Trying to redact an attachment from a CC user #77

Most of the time I have no issues with redacting data however today I came across an image I was unable to redact - it simply isn't recognised. I checked the email that had been sent and confirmed it is being sent through as an image. The only oddity is that it has come from a CC user who is not considered part of the conversation.

I tried removing the app and re-installing to no avail. Below is the view I get when looking at the app from alongside the ticket with the attachment I wish to remove:

As you can see, no image to redact.

I just encountered the same issue: impossible to redact an attachment coming from a CC user
