Cannot Redact Attachments #78

I attempted to redact two PDF files today and received the following message:

Hi,

It still did not work when attempting to redact one attachments at a time.

Getting the same "One or more of the redactions failed...please try again" when trying to redact the attachments. Could it be related to the fact that the ticket was merged?

Hi,

I get the same "One or more of the redactions failed...please try again" when trying to redact the attachments. The problem occurs with all tickets (merged, not merged, created internally, ticket from customers,...) Also tried with different browsers but the problem remains.

Do you have any suggestion how to delete attachment from ticket without deleting the ticket itself?
