Agent could not redact #81

Hi there,

We have installed this app and we really love it. Just one thing that it seems only Admin can do the redaction, agent could not, although we have not enabled either Role/Group restriction.

Do you know what can we do to fix it?

I think ticket redaction requires deletion privileges. If you have a plan that allows you to set permissions for roles, you may need to assign that privilege to agents.
