Redaction App not redacting all instances #83

At my help desk we need to redact phone numbers of the calls we receive. The information is considered PII (Personal Identifiable information). This information cannot be in the ticket. Zendesk Talk, even with the call recording feature turned off, logs the call details. The inbound phone number would be considered PII. For this reason, I need to redact it. As you can see from the screen shot below, I could only redact the phone number in one spot. Can you tell me why it is not redacting it completely from the ticket?

I have also since tried uninstalling and reinstalling which did not fix it. It is still doing the same.
