ultragrep.yml.example change to include any app log

@osheroff @grosser trying to add helpcenter logs. I have a feeling we should do something different? Should we have our own ultragrep.yml in ultragrep_deployment and not take this example?

actually, I'm sad to say this but you'll probably want to work with ops on putting an /etc/ultragrep.yml in place since everyone uses their own users on the log servers.

either that or I'll merge this if you don't want to go through the rigmarole.
