Use placeholder {org} instead of zendframework in CONTRIBUTING.md template #32

I think we should use there also placeholder.

@Xerkus pointed me out on slack if we should have there phrase: "(or whatever the upstream organization is)". It's really seems odd, so maybe it should be remove?
