• [x] adds the doctrine config to development.local.php.dist
  • helps creating the db in local environments easier
• [x] removes the old data/sql information in the readme
• [x] adds additional information for Github Login in local environments
• [x] removes the old vagrant information
• [x] adds information how to build the database with doctrine migrations
