PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Zend_Mail_Protocol_Exception #206

After sign in I am getting error as below:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Zend_Mail_Protocol_Exception: cannot connect to host; error = (errno = 0 )

Sorry, but this exception belongs to version 1 of Zend Framework (ZF1), which is no longer supported. Please use the forum for your question, maybe someone can help you there. And don't forget to add some more informations. Thanks!
