Duplicate entries in subnavigation #48

The subnavigation contains duplicate entries for the homepage.

The current used version of MkDocs uses the site-name for the homepage of a component and not the title "Home". Therefore the wrong first entry in the sub-navigation.

One option is to set a title "Home" for the homepage (- Home: index.md) or using a newer version of MKDocs. This would solve the problem without editing the MkDocs configuration files.
