Old ZF1 docs #1376

Old ZF1 module documentation (ZendPdf, ZendQueue et. al.) should be removed, as it is still indexed by Google, thus leading to confusions due to outdated documentation.

Are there any non-obvious requirements than just deleting respective files (mainly [lang]/modules/zend[^\.].*\.rst)?

ZendPdf and ZendQueue are no old components!

Ok, just stumbled about these components when working on #1375, where I couldn't find these components within ZF core. Should documentation for external components really reside within ZF core documentation? I think a reference from ZF core doc to external components' documentation would be more suitable, and would additionally free the ZF core team from writing / maintaining docs for external components.
