update PHP 5.5 requirement doc #1424

@samsonasik Not mergeable yet; we're still targeting 5.3 for version 2.4, which will be a long-term support release. We can merge after that, however.

Version 5.4?

Finally, we have a significant bump in our minimum supported PHP version starting with 2.5.0: we now require PHP 5.5+.
