Create mobi version of manual #1454

I've heard several requests for creating a .mobi version of the manual for use with Kindle devices. We can likely piggy-back on our current epub generation to convert between epub and mobi using ebook-convert from Calibre.

I've tried each of the following approaches:

ebook-convert to convert from epub to mobi
ebook-convert to convert from pdf to mobi
the unofficial mobi builder

Each of them fails with slightly different errors; essentially, we have artifacts in the documentation that prevent successful creation of a mobi file due to invalid or unsupported syntax. At this time, we cannot support the format.
