Fix links for the IsFloat and IsInt validators #1468

Currently the links are not displaying correctly and some of the rst code is showing on the page: http://framework.zend.com/manual/current/en/modules/zend.validator.set.html

Oh! Sorry, I don't understand how I missed that...

There still seems to be an issue with that pull request though, shouldn't the line 33 be :ref: IsInt <zend.i18n.validator.set.int> instead of :ref:IsInt <zend.i18n.validator.int> ?

Without the set the link doesn't work.

"set" is wrong. See ac2ef1f45aefe06702b08f201f57ec67c3e1d488
