As described in #943, the documentation for the Zend\Validator\Uri is missing.

I started writing the documentation. This is a work in progress, so please don't merge right now.

Please have a look at the general format and tell me if I am doing anything wrong.

Thanks for the quick feedback @froschdesign! I'll integrate your changes and I'll add basic usage and more details about the validation itself.
