Added zend-db 2.9.0 release post #94

This PR contains a new blog post about the release 2.9.0 of zend-db.

@ezimuel Maybe we should only add a word that PHP 5.5 support has been dropped. And also that version 3 is going to support only PHP 7.1+, isn't it? ... and encourage everyone to switch to newer PHP version.

Somehow I can't see it in changelog, but PHP version has been bumped. I would add also comparison link, between current release and previous one: https://github.com/zendframework/zend-db/compare/release-2.8.2...release-2.9.0

@webimpress thanks for the feedback. I added your suggestions. I didn't add the comparison link because people eventually interested can see directly on github.
