Add the require of cwclasses.php #120

At some point, the require of cwclasses.php got dropped from cw.php. This commit adds it back so that the Compatibility Wrapper (CW) can work again. Fixes #117

I think this commit: 41c75c6f337202c09429f8515f060cfff2abde18 broke the CW by removing the require of cwclasses.php.
