Missing files

• tests/blacklist.inc
• test/php_cli_server.inc

Bad role:

• tests should have role="test" (not role="src")

It will be great to use (as in APC)

define ("PHP_CLI_SERVER_PORT", 8960+PHP_INT_SIZE);

This will allow simulaneous bulid of 32 and 64 bits packages.

sigh, I used the ./check-package.sh you gave me to verify that... seems it doesn't check the *.inc?

anyway, I will add them in the next release :<
