Failed to start on PHP 5.4 for Windows #182

Hey guys,

I just downloaded and compiled the latest version of opcache for PHP 5.4 x86 (VC9), it compiled just fine, but when I went to load it I get a message from php -m saying opcache failed to load, any ideas?

More info, I also tried versions 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 and same result for both ts and nts builds using PHP 5.4.28
