Add missing packages for Dockerfiles #29

Hi,

I created this pull request as an additional change to my previous one: https://github.com/zendtech/php-zendserver-docker/pull/28. When I tested the Docker build, there are recommended packages missing (which are actually necessary for the below commands). I add them in this pull request to complete the proposed fix.
