Persistent notification #6

The notification disappears on its own. I'm using this extension for all kinds of timers (e.g. pizza) where the notification is even more relevant if I initially missed it :)

this one use currently Main.notify(), which doesn't allow to specify persistence-options

If you have an alternate in mind, please make a PR.
