Adding read support as part of the Audit trail engine #137

As a developer for a software company specialized in HealthCare, our top 
priority now with all that's happening in the political 
field, we are required to comply with CCHIT (Certification Commission for 
Health Information Technology). We are planning to support 
CCHIT in our future products because that's the way to go in order to produce 
something profitable. Having said that, According to 
CCHIT Audit Trail Common Engine certification requirements, everything needs to 
be audited and that includes Updates, Inserts, 
Deletes and Reads as well. Finally, Plinqo will be a good target for developers 
in the healthcare fields if it does support it 
natively.

Adding read audit is not in the current radar for the future of plinqo.  

However, If you have some good ideas on how to do this, we'd be very 
interested.  The
big issue is to keep performance while logging all those read requests.  If you 
have
some work in this direction, I'd be willing to contribute.
