Schema Provider for Interbase/FireBird #294

I needed to use FireBird DataBase with CodeSmith but There are no Schema
Provider for FireBird.
So I developped one, and I want to share my work.

Hello,

Would you be willing to allow this to be apart of CodeSmith? Also do you have 
any unit 
tests and a sample database I could test this with?

Yes you can include this project in CodeSmith
I can make some changes on it if needed.

I already solved some issues, so please take the last project zip folder
