failed to run the project

steps will that produce problem:-

1.open CodeSmith Explorer then chose the QuickStart for any plinqo framework
2.chose database and test connection and its working
3.then

expected output:

the VS 2010 Didn't open directly and when II open it I generate output from 
.csp  and make the project.web run first 

The Problem Is:-

The solution didn't run correctly and there are two main error appear

1-Error 1 Metadata file 
'C:\Users\MID007\Desktop\MyProject\Project1.Data\bin\Debug\Project1.Data.dll' 
could not be found  Project1.Web

2-Error 2   The "CodeSmith.MSBuild.CodeSmith" task could not be loaded from the 
assembly CodeSmith.MSBuild.v4.0, Version=6.0.4.0, Culture=neutral, 
PublicKeyToken=9fd61cdb91609a7a. Could not load file or assembly 
'CodeSmith.MSBuild.v4.0, Version=6.0.4.0, Culture=neutral, 
PublicKeyToken=9fd61cdb91609a7a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot 
find the file specified. Confirm that the <UsingTask> declaration is correct, 
that the assembly and all its dependencies are available, and that the task 
contains a public class that implements 
Microsoft.Build.Framework.ITask.    Project1.Data
