Does CAT-DM require the results of pretrained GAN models during its training process? At first, I thought CAT-DM need pretrained GAN model results for training.

But I saw this issue. https://github.com/zengjianhao/CAT-DM/issues/14

Do I misunderstand the training process or CAT-DM doesn't need pretrained GAN model results for training?

In fact, CAT-DM requires the results of a pre-trained GAN model to assist in training, but it can also be trained using only the training pairs from the training set, albeit with slightly inferior results. This repository focuses on GC-DM.
