VC++ run-time installer leaving files on drive #289

The VC++ installer leaves all its files on a seemingly random drive (at
work it was C:\, at home it was E:\).  Would be ideal if these files were
deleted after VC++ RT has been installed.

The VC++ installer comes from Microsoft, not us, so anything it's doing is 
their 
work, and we can't change anything about it. Sorry.
